Why Vinyl?

As opposed to wood/stick built structures, vinyl rooms are low maintenance. Vinyl means you will not need to paint your new addition, you can easily clean your addition with mild soap and water without heavy power washing.  Our Vinyl walls are designed to give you natural light and a full view of your yard, that is not always possible with wooden walls.

Installation time for vinyl rooms averages 2 to 3 days on a finished foundation as a opposed to 3-4 weeks for a wood or "stick" built room. That means you will be able to enjoy your new addition sooner and have your privacy back sooner!

Vinyl is also lower maintenance than Aluminum rooms. Vinyl walls will not sweat, dent, or scratch like a "soda can" or aluminum walls, and Vinyl will have no chipping paint like aluminum or wood walls. Aluminum walls are not as energy efficient as vinyl; aluminum or metal walls require Thermal Breaks that may fail or break and tends to bead up with sweat or build up frost (don't stick your tongue on an aluminum room in the winter!). The Aluminum and metal walls also have multiple exposed screws that oxidize (rust), whereas our vinyl wall system has no exposed screws for a cleaner more beautiful finish (rust free).
