Just a note to say thank you for your support and help with my roof problem on the patio room. I do believe you sell and service one of the best patio rooms I have seen. 

I took your advice and purchased the Mule Hide self adhering Riteman Roof product and put it on in July of this year. It worked very well. I was able to do the project myself and was done in 2 days (1 day cleaning and drying, 1 day for installation. It looks great and should last many many years.

 

Before covering the roof I took some photo's of the fractures in the roofing shingles. They had increased in length and a couple more appeared in other panels. Wheather they would leak or not I don't know but I'm glad I did cover them.

We would like to thank you again for our lovely all season sunroom that you installed on the back of our house in the fall of 2005.  As you know the room is a 12x14 gable that is 8' off the ground and is on the east side of the house, we watch the sun rise daily.

 

I want to let you know about the experiment that I tried last weekend with the outside temperature below zero.  On Friday, March 4, the termperature got about -5 below zero (without wind chill factor) as a high for the day, with the patio door to the house open and only the heat from the house, the room temperature remained around 70 degrees. With a small heater set at 750 watts the room stayed at 70 degrees on the cloudy days late afternoons.

 

Over night the temperature drop to -15 below zero without windchill, again I left the patio door from the sunroom to our house, without any heat on (only the heat from the house) the next morning I checked the temperature in the room it was only down to 61 degrees. I turned the heat to 1500 watt and within an hour the room was up to 71 degrees.

 

We are in the sunroom everyday all year round and we will never be sorry for adding this WONDERFUL ADDITION to our home.  Thanks again.

 

 

 

 

We love the full open view that the patio doors provide. The glass from the ceiling to the floor really lets in the natural light and brightens up the entire house.  With the ceiling fan moving the air around we can relax in comfort no matter what the weather is outside.

 

 

We added a vinyl patio room on to ourmobile home because it gives us the additional space we need.  Connie loves the extra room for entertaining guests! We use this room more than any other room in the house, everyday, winter or summer.

 

 

I love the added light for my sewing projects, and Wayne likes the way the vinyl reduces the condensation caused by moisture from the Jacuzzi.  Without the added room, the Jacuzzi was only used in warmer seasons, now we can enjoy the warmth of the Jacuzzi even when old man winter comes knocking!
